THE EAGLES NETWORK: MOBILISED FOR DIVINE SERVICE

Far reaching is the effect of singleness (wholeness) in the actualization of personal dreams and goals via signature strengths peculiar to everyone created by God.
This singleness refers directly to knowing oneself in totality and applying what one knows about himself to better his life and the lot in the service of God. This is the singular essence of a dynamic Network like ours, conceived in the mind of our leaders and metamorphosed after birth into what is now called “THE EAGLES NETWORK”.

The Eagles Network is an arm of Faith Revival Ministries World Outreach (FRMWO) born to meet the needs of ‘Singles’ in the church and beyond. The Network provides the singles with fellowship opportunities where they interact with one another and with mentors who help them to channel their energy, assisting to harness and maximize their potential to the fullest, building in each one the mind of an eagle which says to itself “nothing is impossible”.

The EAGLES NETWORK, formally known as the ‘Singles Network’ experienced a name change in 2007. This is to capture the new drive for strong involvement of the members of the Network in all activities designed to meet the Total Need of single Spirit, Soul and Body

Our objectives are:

▪ To raise an army of young people who are self driven and motivated to establish
God’s kingdom in the world of man.

▪ To create a platform through which the vision and culture of FRMWO will be
passed down to the ‘singles’ congregation

▪ To create an atmosphere for social interaction in a godly atmosphere.

Programs are organized periodically to engage the singles and create a medium for interaction and delivery of seminars and prayer sessions designed to meet the need of the target group.

Here are a few of our programs previously executed by the network:

The Love Walk / Half Marathon:

basically packaged to empower singles through a challenge to walk from Five Star, Oshodi Expressway to Victory Village, the HQ of FRMWO. Cash gifts were given to winners in the walk.
Talk Shows: This usually presents a highly informal and informative platform where singles come to express themselves and share their wealth of experiences to help someone.

Trade Fair:

This show cases exhibition stands of companies with different brands competing to win the hearts of customers. The uniqueness of this though, is that it allows for members of the network to showcase what they’ve got for the teeming public.

Escapes:

Members of the network have taken various excursions as a means of experiencing both educational and relaxation opportunities. Some off the exotic places that have been visited are: Erin Ijesha water falls (Oshun State), Olumo Rock (Ogun State) and La Campagne Tropical Beach Resort (Lagos State), all within Nigeria. Those who were a part of one or all of these escapes are looking forward to another. How about you?

Just like the eagles, who are birds of immense strength, focused, far sighted and resilient in action so are we, the master piece of God’s creation. The Eagles Network is made up of a thoroughbred of agile, passionate, adventurous and purposeful set of young people, mobilized for divine service.
